2. 'EXAMPLE' - If the word 'EXAMPLE' is on the image you will receive an item like the imaged item not the exact imaged item. (Note: Sorry we just don't have time to image every inexpensive/common coin/note we have. Order an EXAMPLE you will like the quality!)
3. All items are guaranteed genuine.
4. Proper grading is very important to us at Northern Valley Coin and Currency. Returned coins and currency cost us time and money, and because of this our coins and currency are graded accurately and conservatively. We also take care to describe any defects so you may have a complete picture of the coin or note.

6. Layaways - We are willing to work with you so you can build your collection. We offer an easy "NO INTEREST" layaway plan for customers wishing to purchase a coin over time. Layaways must be paid within four monthly payments of 25% down with balance paid in 3 equal monthly payments. Defaulting on a layaway results in a charge totaling 25% of the total order. Layaways are limited to orders totaling more than $400.00. To place a coin on layaway call us at 201-575-6923.
7. I am required by law to collect 7.875% sales tax on sales of currency delivered in New Jersey. If the buyer has a valid New Jersey tax-exempt resale number, and wishes sales tax exemption, I will require a signed and dated tax-exempt certificate prior to delivery.
8. Because of the use of stolen credit cards for the purchase of coins, we will only ship to the billing address on the credit cards used.
9. We accept personal checks and money orders.(ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED UPON CLEARANCE OF FUNDS) We also accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover or you can use PayPal.
